Payment and delivery
In this section you will find information about delivery and payment methods for goods ordered from the Pinata.club online store. We strive to make the purchasing process as convenient and clear as possible.
Delivery
Delivery of orders within Ukraine is carried out using the Nova Poshta delivery service.
- Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch
- Courier delivery by Nova Poshta to your address
The delivery time is usually 1–3 business days from the moment the order is shipped. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) to track your parcel.
The delivery cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs and is paid by the customer upon receiving the order, unless otherwise specified during checkout.
Payment
The following payment methods are available in the Pinata.club online store:
- Online payment via WayForPay — payment by Visa or MasterCard directly on the website. The payment is processed via a secure connection and is completely safe.
- Payment upon receipt (cash on delivery) — payment in cash or by card at a Nova Poshta branch when receiving the order. Please note that Nova Poshta may charge an additional fee for cash on delivery.
Order confirmation and processing
After placing an order, our manager may contact you to уточнити delivery details. Orders are processed on business days.
Important information
- Please check the integrity of the goods at the Nova Poshta branch before receiving them.
- In case of damaged packaging or goods, an inspection report must be prepared together with a delivery service representative.
- The free storage period for parcels at Nova Poshta branches is limited.
